Comparativa de Posiciones Relativas
Near no lleva 'to' (near the bank). Close to exige 'to' (close to the bank). Nearby se usa al final o como adjetivo (a nearby cafe).
In front of significa enfrente o delante de (in front of the school). Behind significa detrás de (behind the hospital).
Over significa por encima o sobrevolando (a bridge over the river). Under significa debajo de (the cat under the table).
Se usa para intersecciones o esquinas de calles. Ejemplo: The pharmacy is on the corner of 1st Street and Park Avenue.

A Walk Around My Town
Paragraph 1: Hello! My name is Sarah, and I live in a beautiful small town. Every Saturday morning, I walk to the bakery on the corner of Main Street and Elm Avenue. The bakery is next to a nice coffee shop, so I usually buy fresh bread and drink tea there.
Paragraph 2: There is a big green park in front of my house. Children play soccer in the park, and old people sit under the large trees. A wooden bridge goes over a small river inside the park. I like to walk my dog across this bridge every afternoon.
Paragraph 3: My school is close to the central hospital. There is a busy bus stop right at the entrance of the school. A modern library is located behind the school, where students read books in silence. A nearby supermarket makes it easy for teachers to buy snacks after class.
Paragraph 4: On Sundays, my family goes to an Italian restaurant near the police station. The bank is on the second floor of the shopping mall, and the cinema is right next to it. I love my town because every place is convenient and easy to find!
